Chris & Jen live in a house on the bay about a mile from Heron Hideout.  They purchased this building a year ago, to pursue their passion for projects.  Inside this metal building, they designed and built a workshop, 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with their own 2 hands from top to bottom.  It's their personal playground!

Chris has been in the HVAC Industry for over 40 years.  He also owns an HVAC Training School in Houston.  He has always had a passion for building, engineering and creating projects as a hobby.  He is an outstanding builder, welder, and metalworker.

Jennifer and Chris own HVAC On-Site Training Solutions which is a nationwide mobile training unit.

Jennifer has been in business management for over 20 years.  Jennifer also has a passion for creating.  She creates custom products & Signs on her CO2 Laser, and has a passion for metalworking.

They also teach HVAC classes in our building for local contractors.

They also raise chickens and farm fresh eggs on this property in our fancy chicken coop:)
